Understanding the Cancellation Process

Please be advised that NO REFUNDS will be given if your team withdraws from a competition. Non-Refundable Registration Fees Policy still applies to teams withdrawing from active Registered Team List. SAE International reserves the right to remove your team from the competition for failure to submit required documents. Refunds will not be issued for this type of removal either.

The new Registration System will allow your team to withdraw from a competition directly from the Registration Dashboard. This will alert SAE staff of your request to be removed from the competition.
