Payment Initiation

We can extend a payment deadline up to thirty days before you be required to forfeit your place.

If your team is requesting a payment extension, please have the following prepared before reaching out to us!

• Proof of communication with your school that you have initiated a payment request via PO or check, this can be any of the following:

  • A screenshot of emails between your team and your university confirming your payment request

  • Proof of your PO request

  • Proof of your check request
