Program Registration & Requirements

How do I register for LearnTwice?
Once your team is registered for a 2025/2026 SAE competition:

• Sign in to your cdsWeb account.

  • autodrivechallenge.com

  • saeraerodesign.com

  • bajasae.net

  • fsaeonline.com

• Go to the “Activity Menu.”

• Under “Team Member,” click “LearnTwice.”

Note: If you do not see a team member menu like in the picture above, you are likely not affiliated to your team in the competition website and can adjust it by following the steps here: Affiliating to Your TeamPreview

• Enter your team’s registration order number (from your CDS registration invoice).

•  Fill out the LearnTwice registration form.

  • You will provide the school(s)/teacher(s)/classroom(s) information.

  • Specify which AWIM kit(s) you need. These kits are supplied free of charge.

Do we need to use the AWIM curriculum when volunteering, or can we continue with the teacher’s existing lessons?
To qualify for LearnTwice and be eligible for the stipend, your team must volunteer during the teacher’s use of an AWIM challenge in the classroom. Other activities or continuing the teacher’s own curriculum do not meet the program requirements.

Does my competition registration carry over?
No. The LearnTwice season corresponds with the competition season. You must use a current year competition registration number to participate in LearnTwice. Previous year registration numbers cannot be used.

How many times per competition season can my team participate in LearnTwice?
Each team may only complete LearnTwice once per competition season.
