Volunteer Hours & Reimbursement

How do we log volunteer hours?
Once your LearnTwice registration is approved, you’ll log volunteer hours directly through the competition website. Each submission automatically sends an email to your PreK-12 teacher for verification.

How does the team receive reimbursement upon completion of the program?
Once our system receives verification from the teacher that the team has hit the 30-hour goal, the email address tied to your team’s registration will receive instructions and a reimbursement form.

•  You can select either a check or a wire transfer.

•  Submit the reimbursement form here for processing. Select LearnTwice from the drop down options and attach your team’s reimbursement form.
