Fast Track Roster Management
Like Registration, we have moved your Fast Track Roster Management to your Competition Websites. You will need to make sure you are affiliated to your team in order to show up on your Team List/Fast Track Roster and access your Confirmation Letter.
How do I affiliate to my team?
How do I view our Roster?
Log in to your competition website.
On your Team Member Menu, select ‘Registration Dashboard’
Scroll down to find the correct competition
Click ‘Manage Roster’
Here you will see all team members currently affiliated to this team. You will be able to mark team members as attending or not attending, pull your Confirmation Letter, and manage your attendee details.
As a Team Captain you will have additional options in the box on the upper right. These options include:
Add All Team Members (allows you to mark all team members on that page as attending)
Remove All Team Members (allows you to change all “attending” members to Not Attending)
Print Fast Track Roster
Team Members that are not a Team Captain will only see the option to Print Fast Track Roster.
Updating Attendee Details for the Roster
Each team member will need to update their own attendee details prior to the Fast Track Roster deadline for competition. To update your attendee details, scroll to your name on the Manage Roster page and click the Attendee Details button. The following is an example of what you will see if your attendee details are missing information:
Once you have clicked the attendee details button, you will see an SAE Membership section where you can import your membership details from sae.org or click the link to purchase or renew a membership. You will also need to fill out the Person Details Section that will be labeled with your First and Last Name.
Import Your SAE Membership Data
Click the button and then you will be redirected to login to sae.org. Once you have done that, it should redirect back to your competition website and show your membership info.
Below the SAE Membership section, you will be able to add your personal details (example below).
Once you have imported your membership details and entered/saved the information requested, your name on the roster should appear as complete:

There could be different reasons why you are still showing red.
Missing Attendee Details
T-Shirt Size
Cell Phone #
Emergency Contact Name
Emergency Contact Phone #
Membership Status
Membership is Expired
Membership will expire prior to Competition
As a reminder, all participating on-site team members must have an active SAE Student Membership. If you are still showing red, you will not populate on the Fast Track Roster.
