Student Career Profile
The Student Career Profile was created in 2025 to provide direct connections between students and sponsors. By completing your profile, you will automatically be connected to all sponsors for your event.
How do I find my Student Career Profile?
Log into your competition website (www.fsaeonline.com, www.bajasae.net, www.saeaerodesign.com, www.autodrivechallenge.com)
If you haven’t already updated your profile, there will be a box at the top (Image 1) with instructions to update.
If you don’t have the box at the top, scroll down on your Activity Menu (Image 2) and click ‘Update Career Profile’

To ensure you are creating meaningful connections please be sure to update all fields.

How do I know what Sponsors are available?
While viewing your Activity Menu (Image 2), you will see ‘My Team’s Competitions' (Image 3) on the right side of the screen.
Click the ‘View All Sponsors’ button.
Here you will see:
Your connection status
See who is recruiting
All sponsored posts from each sponsor.
How do I opt out of connecting to a specific sponsor?
After you save your Career Profile, you will get a pop-up to choose what Sponsors (Image 4) that you would like to connect with. If you take no action, you will connect to all on the list.
To edit your connections once you have already updated your profile, you can change your connections under ‘Manage My Sponsor Connections’ on your Activity Menu (Image 2).
How often do I need to update my profile?
You will be prompted to update this profile every 6 months but we ask that you update every time you have a change.
What if I already graduated?
If you have already graduated or are no longer part of your previous team, you can click ‘Leave this Team’ on your Activity Menu (Image 2).
